WrkAgents provides the following services:

• Custom AI Agent Development: Design and development of custom AI agents for business automation
• n8n Workflow Automation: Implementation and management of n8n-based workflow automation solutions
• AI Integration Services: Integration of AI technologies with existing business systems
• Process Optimization: Analysis and optimization of business processes using AI and automation
• Consulting Services: AI automation strategy and implementation consulting
• Hosting Services: Hosting of AI automation solutions

To access certain features of our Services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate and current

Custom Work

For custom AI agents and automation solutions developed specifically for you, we typically transfer ownership upon full payment, subject to our right to use the underlying technology and methodologies for other clients.

Pricing

Service pricing is as quoted in our proposals or service agreements. All prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

Payment

Payment terms are as specified in your service agreement. Late payments may result in service suspension or termination.

Refunds

Refund policies vary by service type and are detailed in your specific service agreement. Generally, custom development work is non-refundable once development begins.

Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects service availability.

Support

Technical support is provided according to your service level agreement. Support hours and response times vary by service tier.

Updates

We may update our Services from time to time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes that may affect your use of the Services.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

You are responsible for ensuring that any data you provide to us complies with applicable data protection laws and that you have the necessary rights to share such data.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WrkAgents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Services
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Services
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted through the Services

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. WrkAgents makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of any information obtained through the Services
• Warranties that defects will be corrected

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless WrkAgents and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from:

• Your use of the Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party right
• Any content you submit, post, or transmit through the Services

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Services.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
